I hold a PhD in law with a specialisation in intellectual property and I am a Polish patent attorney. My work centres on a holistic approach to IP protection — in particular on building a strong position for trademarks. I also advise clients on industrial designs, copyright, unfair competition and the protection of personal rights in business.

I help businesses build IP protection strategies so that intellectual property rights are not a formality, but a real tool for protecting the business, its products and its market advantage.

I draft and negotiate agreements concerning intellectual property rights, support clients in infringement matters and conduct proceedings before the Polish Patent Office and EUIPO, including invalidation and revocation of trademark rights and industrial design registrations.

I coordinate trademark protection across many jurisdictions worldwide, including Mauritius, Jordan, Lebanon, Ethiopia and Peru. This lets me view IP protection not through the lens of a single market, but as part of well-planned expansion and safe brand growth.
