Experience
I have worked in intellectual property law since 2014, supporting creators, designers and businesses in protecting the ideas, brands, products and technical solutions that build the value of their companies.
For over ten years I gained experience as a team member and commercial proxy at a firm specialising in European patent law.
Since 2025, as co-founder of NEWELL LEGAL, I have focused primarily on the strategic protection of our clients’ intellectual property — from choosing the right model of protection, through securing exclusive rights in Poland and abroad, to enforcing them. I represent clients before Polish and foreign offices and courts.
While intellectual property as a whole is my field, industrial designs are particularly close to me — both when building a protection strategy and in contentious proceedings. This is where law meets design, business and market intuition.

Selected achievements
- Registration of over 500 trademarks in Poland and the European Union
- Handling trademark and industrial design registrations outside Europe, including the USA and countries of the Middle and Far East
- Successful defence of industrial designs against invalidation in cases that initially looked difficult to win
- Numerous successful invalidation proceedings against registered industrial designs lacking individual character
- Securing SME Fund grants for small and medium-sized enterprises through EUIPO
- Repeated amicable settlement of disputes over identical trademarks and negotiation of coexistence agreements
