I am a lawyer specializing in intellectual property law, particularly in trademark and industrial design protection. My practice also covers copyright law, unfair competition, and the protection of personality rights in commercial activities. I advise clients on IP protection strategies, draft and negotiate intellectual property agreements, and represent clients in intellectual property infringement matters. I also prepare cancellation and revocation actions before the Polish Patent Office and EUIPO.

I assist clients in securing intellectual property protection worldwide, coordinating trademark protection in jurisdictions such as Mauritius, Jordan, Lebanon, Ethiopia, and Peru.

I hold a PhD in law from the University of Łódź. Since 2023, I have been a patent attorney trainee. I completed the School of Intellectual Property Law organized by the H. Grotius Centre of Intellectual Property Law, postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw, and courses organized by the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). I also deliver lectures on intellectual property protection at the University of Łódź.

I am a member of ECTA and AIPPI. I serve as a member of the Ethics and Professional Practice Committee of the Polish Chamber of Patent and Trademark Attorneys.
