Patent & Trademark

Eliza Nowacka

Since 2014, I have been professionally involved in intellectual property law, supporting creators and businesses in protecting and managing their intellectual property rights. In my practice, I focus primarily on trademark and industrial design protection, as well as copyright law and unfair competition.

I graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Łódź, where I defended my master’s thesis on the functions of a business name as a designation identifying an entrepreneur. I also completed postgraduate studies in Intellectual Property Law at the University of Warsaw and in Contract Law in Consumer and Professional Transactions at the Jagiellonian University.

I further develop my expertise in intellectual property through specialized training, including the Intellectual Property School organized by IP Centrum.

I am a member of Licensing Executives Society Poland, ECTA (European Communities Trade Mark Association), and the Polish Group of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI). I serve as a member of the Ethics and Professional Practice Committee of the Polish Chamber of Patent and Trademark Attorneys.
